Days 1-3: Reykjavik
Check into your hotel. The next three days are yours to explore this delightful city, famous for its museums and modern design, as well as its surroundings. Available excursions and activities vary from city sightseeing, full-day bus tours, to horse back-riding on the unique Icelandic horses. Some activities and excursions are available all year, while others are seasonal. Below you will find a variety of exciting options to fill your days. [B]
  • Reykjavik Grand Excursion, 2 ½ hours: Guided motorcoach tour to the highlights of the city, visiting the city center, the harbor, Hallgrimskirkja Church and the National Museum.

  • The Blue Lagoon, 4 hours: Unescorted motorcoach tour to the famous Blue Lagoon.

  • The Golden Circle, 8 hours: This has been one of the most popluar tours for years! Encounter a cross section of Iceland's natural wonders, geology and history. Guided motorcoach tour with visits to Hveragerdi green house village, Kerid volcanic crater, Gullfoss waterfall, Geyser hot spring area and Thingvellir National Park.

  • Horses and Hot Springs, 8 hours: Horses, lava fields, hot springs, waterfalls and more are all experienced on this tour. Visit with your guide and motorcoach the ishestar Riding Center, followed by the Gullfoss waterfall and Geyser hot spring area.

  • Winter Adventure, 8-10 hours: Travel by guided tour and motorcoach experiencing the scenic south coast of Iceland to the Myrdalsjokull Glacier where you'll go snowmobiling (remember to bring your drivers license)

  • South Shore Adventure, 10 hours: South Iceland is a region of lush farmland, striking waterfalls, sandy coastline, glaciers and quaint towns and villages. Guided motorcoach tour with visits to Hvolsvollur, Skogasafn Museum of Transport, Selijalandsfoss and Skogafoss waterfalls, Reynisdranger/Dryholaey rock formations and the village of Vik, surrounded by impressive bird cliffs and famous for its black sand beaches.

Extra hotel nights at extra cost are available in Reykjavik.
