TWO-FOR-ONE AIRFARE OFFERED BY HURTIGRUTEN
ON 2008 DEPARTURES OF "THE WORLD'S MOST BEAUTIFUL VOYAGE"

New York, NY, November 2007 -- Hurtigruten is offering a two-for-one airfare special for passengers who book a 2008 "Coastal Voyage," excepting June-August, and economy class air from New York by December 31, 2007. Fishing villages in the Lofoten Islands, the town of Alesund with its many art galleries and the bustling cities of Trondheim and Tromso are some of the 34 ports on what is called "The World's Most Beautiful Voyage," running between the charming Hanseatic port of Bergen and Kirkenes, close to Russian border. The 11 ships in the fleet that sail this route year-round are a unique combination of deluxe cruise travel and lifelines to remote coastal towns and villages. Cruise-only fares are $1,299 to $5,799 per person, double, for the six-day southbound and seven-day northbound voyages and the 12-day roundtrip is $2,299 to $8,699. Add-on air to New York is available.

Mother Nature provides the entertainment and puts on a dazzling display of scenery year-round. With neither organized entertainment nor a dress code aboard ship, the voyage appeals to active, experienced travelers who love scenery, getting off the beaten track and meeting local people, trying new activities, savoring daily life in a foreign country with a mix of nationalities and take home an appreciation and greater understanding of what they have seen. Ports include Molde, a favorite vacation spot of Henrik Ibsen; Honningsvag, capital of the North Cape; the world's most northerly town of Hammerfest; and the old trading post of Skjervoy.

Optional excursions showcase Norway's scenery, culture and history with choices ranging from city tours of Trondheim, Tromso and Alesund to birdwatching, dogsledding, Midnight Sun concerts, the Geirangerfjord, Lofoten Islands and North Cape. Some excursions operate year-round while most run during the summer or winter season.

The cruise includes all meals aboard ship, taxes and port charges. A fuel surcharge of $6 per day and government air taxes and fees, including the Sept. 11th Security Fee, are additional. Brochures, information and reservations can be obtained from Hurtigruten (formerly known as Norwegian Coastal Voyage), (800) 323-7436 or (212) 319-1300; fax (212) 319-1390; for brochures, (800) 666-2374, 24 hours a day; www.hurtigruten.us.
